Shipping charges are calculated through UPS and Canada Post directly, not through CPR-MedCare, and are subject to change. A handling fee is charged of $2.50US per box. Taxes are applied accordingly for orders in Canada. For orders outside of Canada, CPR-MedCare and its affiliates are not responsible for customs charges that may apply.
Canada Post Parcel Insurance:
All products shipped with Canada Post have a basic insurance of $100.00, this option is automatically added onto regular parcel service. This is the reason as to why the Regular parcel shipping charges are more then the Expedite service.
Insurance to Canada and US is $0.50 per $100 for all services, and $1.00 per $100 for International orders.

Return PolicyReturn Goods Policy:
Prior to returning any merchandise, obtain a CPR-MedCare Ltd. return authorization number. Otherwise, returned goods may be refused.
Merchandise shipped from CPR-MedCare Ltd. more than 30 days prior to obtaining a return authorization request may not be returned. Returned goods are subject to our inspection before a credit/refund is issued. If salable merchandise is returned for credit there will be a 20% restocking charge deducted from the credit note. Where merchandise is returned as a result of CPR-MedCare Ltd. error or manufacturing defect, a full credit or replacement including freight at the discretion of CPR-MedCare Ltd. will be issued. The Authorization form with the Returned Goods Authorization number must be completed and enclosed with all retuned goods along with a packing slip. |
