After an order has been placed you will get your proof of the order, including taxes (if applicable) via e-mail. You can print this e-mail for your records. Using your user name and password, you can access your account any time and view or print your order history.

We provide our clients with three general methods of payment.
One is: VISA and MASTER CARD - instant payment.
For that reason we use Pay Pal as our merchant. To pay for your order with a credit card you don’t need to have a Pay Pal account. We have been with Pay Pal since 1998 and have never experienced any problems or received any complaints from our customers. We don’t want to store financial information from our customers on our server. Therefore Pay Pal is the preferred method of payment. The second method of payment is: Money order or cheque.
For first time clients we require payment before we ship the order. It takes a long time to process money orders and cheques however, and therefore we strongly suggest Pay Pal orders for first time payments. After credit approval, your orders will be shipped instantly and your payment can take net 30 days.
The third method of payment is: Wire Transfer, Bank Draft, or Western Union money transfer. This method is applied to customers from outside the North America. However in some circumstances we may apply the third method to North American’s clients as well.
The CPR – MedCare web site shopping cart is directly connected to both: UPS and Canada Post Servers. Both servers calculate dimension and weight of your order. Based on your order they will provide you with real costs and the variety of shipping methods. You will choose the most convenient shipping cost and shipping time for you.

Yes we do. We require a minimum purchase amount of $100.00 USD for us to bill your company. For first time clients we require payment before we ship the order.
